Air New Zealand's Concierge in the Sky.

You gotta love the Kiwis.  When Air New Zealand's flight attendants complained that they couldn't spend as much time answering passengers' questions as they'd like, the award-winning carrier put on their thinking caps and came up with a great idea – an in-flight Concierge.

The ninety experts Air New Zealand is training will start in April on long-haul flights.  In addition to offering travel advice and destination information to passengers, they’ll help with connections and assist passengers derailed by weather delays.

They’ll even help you choose the right Sauvignon Blanc.  Best of all, you’ll see them in First, Business, and Coach.

Hats off to Air New Zealand for actually beefing up customer service.
